How do I log into Blackboard, myTRCC or myMail (student email)?
Your Blackboard and myTRCC usernames are the same, but they have a separate password from each other. Your myMail username is your complete email address (ex. email@example.com) and shares the same password as Blackboard. Click HERE to visit Visit the Login Assistance Page for more help.
The semester is almost here! Where is my class?
Students do not see their courses until the first day of class for the given semester.
I could see my course, but now I can't! Where is it?
Email your instructor immediately to see if you have been removed from the class roster. You can also contact the Welcome Center at 573-840-9605 to check if you are still enrolled in the course.

What if I submit the wrong assignment?
Contact your instructor immediately letting them know the name of the assignment you submitted. Instructors have the ability to clear your submission and allow you to resubmit it. If they allow multiple attempts you should see a button that says Start New Attempt.
In the My Grades area for Blackboard, there is a yellow exclamation mark next to my assignment. Where is my grade?
This yellow exclamation mark is the symbol for "Needs Grading". This means you have submitted the assignment, but it must be graded by your instructor.
TRCC, i get this error "the maximum number of cookie values has been reached". What should I do?
