What do I do if….

 

An off-site class does not connect to the conference?

An off-site class reports that there is no video on the TV screens?

An off-site class reports that they see themselves and not the remote participant’s video?

An off-site class reports that the volume is too soft or too loud?

An off-site class reports that the audio from a DVD, VHS, or computer sounds distorted or is not loud enough?

An off-site class disconnects in the middle of the lecture?*

*This is a frustrating issue.  I will lose 1 site but still have the other 3 sites.  I continue with my lecture when the missing site does not return within a couple of minutes.  Should there be a standard procedure for how long do you wait for a site to reconnect before proceeding on with the class?
