Winter Session Blackboard Support Hours

Unable to log into Blackboard during the winter session?

1. First check to see if you can log into your student email, which uses the same password as your blackboard account.

2. Email your instructor informing them you are unable to log into Blackboard with the information below. If you cannot log into your student email, email your instructor from an alternate email account, or call the Distance Learning Office at 573-840-9544 and they will assist you with emailing your instructor with this information. Our voicemails are forwarded to our email if you leave a message.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Three Rivers Student ID Number
  • Three Rivers Student Email Address
  • Current Program of Study
  • Your phone number where you can be reached

3. Once your instructor has received this information, they will verify your identity and they will be able to request a password reset from Three Rivers’ IT staff.

Experiencing an issue with your Blackboard course?

1. Email your instructor immediately with the following information. If this is a technical issue, email your instructor and include as a CC.

  • Student ID#
  • Callback number
  • Course Number
  • Name of your Assignment, Test, or Discussion and the location of the assessment in your course
  • Description of your issue
  • Include a screenshot of your PC or take a picture with your phone’s camera of your issue
